Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of the Chilangolandia mobile app (“App”), this website, and the ordering, rewards, promotions, and gift-card features we offer. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.

Accounts

You create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google and agree to provide accurate profile information. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Rewards → Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Ordering

The App lets you order physical food and related items for pickup from Chilangolandia. Menu items, prices, availability, and store hours may change and items may sell out. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when we confirm and charge it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or the store is closed), in which case you are not charged or you are refunded.

Prices, taxes, and totals

Prices are shown in the App and are recalculated and confirmed by our system at checkout, including applicable taxes and any discounts or coupons. The amount charged is the total shown at checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square and, if you choose, Apple Pay, for physical goods. We do not use Apple In-App Purchase. You authorize us, through Square or Apple Pay, to charge the total shown at checkout. If a payment fails or is canceled, no order is created.

Refunds and cancellations

Because orders are prepared fresh, cancellation and refund availability depends on order status. If we cannot fulfill an order, we reverse or refund the charge. For refund requests, contact us using the information below.

Rewards and loyalty points

You may earn loyalty points and rewards through the App. Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, and may be modified or discontinued. Rewards are redeemable only toward physical Chilangolandia goods.

Coupons, promotions, and prizes

Coupons and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and may be limited or withdrawn. Promotions, campaigns, and prizes (including free products, coupons, and store-credit gift cards) are governed by the Official Rules presented with each offer, which include eligibility, sponsor identification, no-purchase-necessary terms, and the required statement that Apple is not a sponsor, administrator, or participant. Limits apply (generally one reward per eligible customer per promotion).

Gift cards

Gift cards issued through the App represent store credit redeemable only for physical Chilangolandia goods at checkout. Gift cards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to defraud the rewards or gift-card systems, accessing other users’ accounts, interfering with the App’s operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Ownership of branding and images

All content — including the Chilangolandia name, logo, branding, photographs, graphics, and text — is owned by Chilangolandia or used with permission and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our branding or images without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App and website are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chilangolandia is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
